Developed database for San Francisco Open Studios registration, handling 700+ artist registrations per year. Integrates with web-based registration forms. Features include pre-production of maps and guide-book pages, auction catalog.

BrighterData

Authored BrighterShop AU, a POS application for Australian retailers handling purchases, sales, inventory, gift certificates, customer credits, lay-aways, and consignment contracts. Accounting features include cost-value of goods sold, allocation of shipping expenses across mixed shipments.

ChangeMakers

Upgraded database of donors, donations, and grants from FM5 to FM8. Scripted past-year reporting and future-year projection.

Metro Events Inc.

Developed database for corporate event participants, typically 900+ individuals per event. Handles activities, meals, cash packets, airport transit, and printed welcome packets. For six consecutive years I operated the database on-site at overseas resorts, producing up-to-the-minute lists for staff and vendors.

Wells Fargo Corporate Archives

Converted corporate acquisitions database from MS Access to FileMaker Pro, and from flat to relational structure. Scripts enable easy construction of lineages through many-to-many relationships between 10,000+ entities.

Wells Fargo Stagecoach Appearance Program

Developed web-based application for scheduling appearances of the stagecoach at civic events (typically 800+ events per year). Features include email notifications, production of itineraries and calendars, accounting reports, web-based follow-up survey.
